1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all paid services and educational products offered by Biosphrinse, including:
- One-on-One Guidance Consultation sessions
- 30-Day Evening Routine Blueprint plans
- 7-Night Exploration Challenge access
- Full Consultation Packages
- Any other digital educational products available through this Site
Free content and resources made available at no charge are not subject to this policy.
2. Digital Educational Products
We offer a 14-day refund window on digital educational products (written plans, challenge packs, and educational material bundles), subject to the following conditions:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase.
- You have not downloaded or accessed more than 30% of the material included in the product.
- The request is made in good faith — not as part of a pattern of repeated purchase-and-return behaviour.
If you have accessed the full content, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, based on the circumstances described in your request.
3. Consultation Sessions
For consultation sessions, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation with more than 48 hours' notice: Full refund of the session fee.
- Cancellation with 24–48 hours' notice: 50% refund of the session fee, or a credit toward rescheduling.
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: No refund, but we will offer one opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge.
- No-show without prior notice: No refund.
If a session cannot be delivered due to an error or technical failure on our part, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
4. Consultation Packages
For full packages (intake session + written plan + follow-up):
- A full refund is available if requested before the intake session takes place.
- Following the intake session but before the written plan is delivered: a partial refund equivalent to the undelivered portion of the package, calculated proportionally.
- After full delivery of all package components: refunds are not available, but we will review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Free resources or content provided at no charge.
- Digital products where the full content has been accessed and a refund request was not submitted within the 14-day window.
- Purchases made more than 14 calendar days prior to the refund request, unless there are documented exceptional circumstances.

Please include the following in your request:
- The name and email address used when purchasing
- The product or service name
- The date of purchase
- A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund
We will acknowledge your request within one business day and aim to complete the review within 5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing time. We will notify you by email when the refund has been issued. We do not charge administrative fees for legitimate refund requests.
8. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in Canada or any other jurisdiction where such rights may apply. If you believe your statutory rights have not been met, you are entitled to exercise those rights independently of this policy.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected in the effective date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
